The flowers were beautiful but bringing the arrangements over a half hour late cut into the cemetery allowed half hour service. As a business, you made a commitment to be at the cemetery by 1pm. Instead you arrived 10 minutes after the service was to start at 1:30 pm. Also, your phone was busy and we weren’t able to contact you and your driver gave excuses when she arrived. As your customer I wasn’t concerned about your problems, I wanted the memorial to happen with as little stress as possible for my loved ones!
